I'm Caroline Nolan, better known as Carrie or Chaka to friends and family. I'm nineteen years old and a sophomore at a small liberal arts college in Maryland. I live on campus even though it's fifteen minutes away from my house--not because I hate my family or where I live, but just because I wanted some independence in my life. I have a good family (though my brother is a bit egotistical, but hey, he's sixteen... not that that's a bad thing) and I love my friends to death. Seriously, if you get to know me you're pretty much a friend for life. It takes a lot for you to get on my bad side. I love writing fanfiction. It's been a hobby of mine since I was thirteen and my writing has grown a lot since then. It's part of the reason I decided to become an English major--I enjoy writing so much it would almost be ridiculous for me to choose anything else. I hope to write a novel someday, and while I have a few very loosely-formed ideas I don't have anything substantial as of yet. But fingers crossed... :) And speaking of fanfiction, I'm a number of a great many fandoms that include but are not limited to: heroes, firefly, dollhouse, castle, avatar: the last airbender, he's just not that into you, high school musical, how i met your mother, dr. horrible's sing-along blog, dead like me and I've been in and out of so many more it would be impossible to list them all. I'm a serious multi-shipper but I do have my preferences.
